Welcome, mama! Whether you are expecting, postpartum, an aspiring mother, or you've been a mama for many years and want to share your wise energy with us, this class is for you! Class is gentle yet strengthening and you will leave feeling refreshed, elongated, sitting up straighter, and with a calm heart and mind.
For this class, you only need to bring a water bottle (tea will be provided). All mats, sheepskins, blocks, blankets, and bolsters will be provided in my cozy home studio. Classes are small with 4 women total, so please book in advance if you'd like to practice weekly and create routine in your schedule.
More tea as well as snacks will be provided after the class if you'd like to stay until noon for our tea chat. This is a community for you to share ideas, find solutions, and express yourselves amongst like-minded local women.
