Victoria is a New Yorker at heart (she worked as a professional dancer in the city for 10 years) now living nestled between farmland and forest in Warwick, NY. Victoria is curious about all things wellness, spiritual, and natural living - and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Human Design Reader, Reiki Healer, Vinyasa & Prenatal/Postnatal Kundalini Yoga Teacher, & Meditation Guide. She received her B.A. in French from Columbia University and loves to visit French speaking countries as regularly as possible! Victoria is also the creator of Be Massively Kind.
